If you have an item that you cannot leave at the store or need immediately, you are welcome to make an appointment and wait for the repair to be completed.

DO YOU OFFER JEWELRY CLEANING?
We do offer jewelry cleaning with no additional charge. For an additional charge, we are also able to provide a specialized spa treatment for your jewelry.
DO YOU OFFER RING RESIZING?
Yes, we offer ring resizing for many types of rings: yellow and white gold, palladium, sterling silver, and class rings. The price is dependent on metal type, thickness of band, and style of ring.

We are able to set both gemstones and diamonds. If you have a valuable stone, we welcome you to make an appointment so that we can set the stone in front of you.

ARE YOU ABLE TO STRING PEARLS?
We are able to string pearls on bracelets and necklaces. This takes about 7 to 10 days to do. The price depends on length and it is charged per inch.

We offer hand and machine engraving. We can personalize just about every item we offer. It is the best way to make a gift even more unique for your special someone!
DO YOU OFFER ANY SERVICES FOR WATCHES?
We do have watch services, such as battery replacement, lifetime battery replacement, spa cleaning, and polish. In many cases, we are able to complete most repairs in-house. If your watch needs to be sent out to be repaired, we have connections with most major manufacturers.
