Every thursday is Repair Day!
Every Thursday, our Master Jeweler is in house to handle your repairs. There are many repairs that the jeweler can complete while you wait such as polishing and rhodium plating, cleanings, and watch battery replacements. The time it takes to complete a jewelry repair or customization depends on the difficulty of the job. Some jobs may take up to two weeks depending on the difficulty. You are welcome to drop off your repair with us at any time, many repairs are completed the Thursday after you drop off your repair.
